Butter Aging has been popular recently, but we took our version a notch higher. Instead of wet aging it for only 18-21 days, we wanted you to have that prominent buttery flavor and we extended the aging process to 45 days. That butter-smooth flavor melded with the flavor of the beef which creates that perfect combination.
Description
Cooking the steak is very easy. The set has everything you need to have a sumptuous steak meal! The beef tallow will add another layer of aged flavor. This can be used in lieu of olive oil when cooking over a skillet or can be used for basting.
