Description
We meticulously chose the whiskey that we used and ended up using an award-wining Scottish whiskey to further highlight the minerality & sweetness of the beef and add that awesome oaky flavor that would marry the flavors.
Cooking the steak is very easy. The set has everything you need to have a sumptuous steak meal! The beef tallow will add another layer of aged flavor. This can be used in lieu of olive oil when cooking over a skillet or can be used for basting.
